Refund policy

The Studio Refund Policy is as follows:

Studio Paint Party Tickets are not eligible for a full refund. 

You may however receive a rescheduling credit if the following conditions are met:

For 2 tickets- we need 48 hours notice to cancel your seats and provide you a rescheduling credit.

For a group of 3 and above, we need 1 week notice to cancel your seats and provide you a rescheduling credit.

We always try to run all our classes, however if we do not make minimum enrolment for our paint party, we will contact you up to 24 hours in advance of your sessions and provide you a refund for your seat unless you choose to reschedule.

For any products bought from The Studio Store- please contact hello@thestudiopaintbar.ca. We care about providing you with the best quality art supplies and wines- if you are not happy- please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue.  Items to be returned must be returned to us for inspection in order for us to provide you a replacement.

For party bookings and private events, please refer to your event contract and terms of service provide by your Event Manager.
